I approached Brent with two purposes in mind:  help in improving my ability to manage staff, and an educated, experienced and unbiased sounding board with whom I can discuss strategy.  His primary contribution was to hit the ball back over the net into my court.  Our discussions have helped me to accurately identify and verbalise problem areas, not just in the areas I'd originally targeted, but more broadly in the context of my business with a, now, much more rosy future!
