Hello!
With a special welcome to our new subscribers, this newsletter now reaches over 5,000 subscribers.
This month we focus on time mastery and how to get the right stuff done effortlessly. Here's what we've crammed into this month's issue of Fulfilment:
- Featured workshop: Time Mastery: feel like you can stop the clock! Get yourself and your team organised with our half- and one-day in-house workshop on mastering your tasks and projects.
- News: ProMentor gets glam: Alex Noel reports on our mentoring and motivational workshops around South Africa for SAB's Sarita Glamour Capitals of the World campaign.
- Snatching Time: ...for yourself by multi-tasking effortlessly. By Marion Adamson.
- List to Your Success: people who use to-do lists are 25% more productive than those who don't. Here's a list of 8 points on how to use lists, and a list of tools to help make list management easier, by Brent Combrink.
- Book review: Getting Things Done: David Allen's seminal guide on personal task management, reviewed by Jacqui Duarte.
Being able to manage ones tasks effectively is a critical life skill. Time mastery is a core competence in any role: whether you're a multi-tasking entrepreneur, a working mom with 2 jobs (your work and being mom!) or the indispensable administration clerk.
This month's newsletter is crammed with goodness to help you work smarter. And if you want more, see our earlier and highly popular article (so the web stats suggest) Judo Your To-Do-List to Balance Your Life.
If that's still not enough, get our in-house Time Mastery workshop delivered at your offices when it suits you. See the next section for pricing and how to book.
We're curious about how you manage your tasks. We've set up a single-question poll to tell us how you do it. Answer the question for us and you'll see that the results are already looking quite interesting.
Quick poll: What do you use to manage your to-do list? (If you don't yet have a LinkedIn account, create one then click this link again. LinkedIn is a social media tool like Facebook; unlike Facebook, it is for professional networking.)
Next month our topic is cash flow. Did you know that cash flow is never the problem? Cash flow is always and only a result of something else. You won't change your cash flow by focussing on the result, so start focussing on the underlying causes. We'll show you where to look in March's Fulfilment.
Until then, all the best!
